Any ideas for using heavy Sandbags for BJJ/Grappling drills? : r/bjj
- Shouldering - typically a 100+lb sandbag, ground to shoulder, ground to other shoulder 30 times for time.
- Loading - ground to plyo boxes waist or chest height. Typically ramping from light weight to heaviest weight multiple times.
- Snatches - typically 70lbs or lighter, usually done for time
- Throwing - typically 50lbs, forward, backward, overhead, to the side, done for distance.
